CNA Program Requirements
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age in the state of Indiana to be certified and must submit an application before the first day of class.
Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Applicants must present a Indiana ID and social security card upon submitting application.
Background Check
TB skin test 90 days prior to the date of the first clinical experience. (If positive skin test a Chest x-ray must be taken)
Physical Examination
Must be able to read and write English and pass entrance exam
Attend mandatory orientation prior to start date
CPR certification (can be done in conjunction with CNA course)
Course Description
Lecture 30 hours will be synchronized, conducted online via Canva/Zoom platform .
Clinicals 75 hours will be at a skilled nursing facility and classroom setting for Lab.
*All clinical sites will be located in Indianapolis or surrounding cities. *

Ability to video conference (laptop webcam or smart phone camera)
