Welcome to Enchanted Hearts Training Institute. By enrolling in one of our training programs, making payment, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Enrolment

Students must complete the required application and provide any requested documentation before enrolment is confirmed.

Enrolment is not guaranteed until payment has been received and accepted by Enchanted Hearts Training Institute.

Class sizes are limited and places are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.

2. Course Fees & Payment

Tuition fees vary by course and are published on our website.

Students may pay:

In full; or
By an approved payment plan (where available).

Students selecting a payment plan agree to pay the full tuition amount according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension from the course, withholding of certificates, or cancellation of enrolment.

3. Attendance

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classroom, laboratory, and clinical sessions.

Missed classes may need to be made up where permitted by state requirements and instructor availability.

Excessive absences or failure to meet attendance requirements may prevent successful course completion or eligibility for certification.

4. Punctuality

Students should arrive on time for all classes.

Repeated lateness or early departures may be recorded as missed instructional time and may affect course completion.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behaviour at all times.

Enchanted Hearts Training Institute reserves the right to remove or dismiss any student whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, dishonest, or otherwise interferes with the learning environment.

Dismissal from a course does not automatically entitle a student to a refund.

6. Course Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements of their chosen program.

Depending on the course, this may include items such as:

Government-issued identification
Social Security documentation
Background checks
Physical examination
TB screening
CPR certification
Clinical requirements

Students who fail to meet course requirements may be unable to continue their training.

7. State Certification

Successful completion of a training program does not guarantee passing any state examination, obtaining certification, or employment.

Students are responsible for meeting all state testing and licensing requirements.

8. Certificates

Certificates of completion will only be issued once:

Course requirements have been successfully completed.
Any required clinical hours have been completed.
Tuition has been paid in full.

9. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

Refunds, cancellations, payment plans, and course transfers are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Photography & Marketing

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during classes for marketing or educational purposes.

Students who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should notify Enchanted Hearts Training Institute in writing before the course begins.

11. Personal Property

Students are responsible for their own personal belongings while attending classes or clinical placements.

Enchanted Hearts Training Institute is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

12. Communication

Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying us promptly of any changes.

Important course information may be sent by email, telephone, or text message.

13. Health & Safety

Students must follow all health, safety, and infection control procedures while attending training or clinical activities.

Failure to follow safety procedures may result in removal from class.

14. Changes to Courses

Enchanted Hearts Training Institute reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course schedules, instructors, classroom locations, or course delivery where necessary.

Where significant changes are required, students will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

15. Limitation of Liability

Enchanted Hearts Training Institute will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, government action, public health emergencies, utility failures, or other unforeseen events.
