Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

At Enchanted Hearts Training Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare training while being fair to our students. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, payment plans, and course transfers are managed.
By enrolling in a course and making payment, students acknowledge that they have read and agree to this policy.
Payment Options
Students may choose to pay their tuition:
- In full; or
- By an approved payment plan (where available).
A payment plan is simply a method of paying the course tuition and does not change the total tuition due.
Cancellations Before the Course Begins
Students wishing to withdraw before their course begins must notify Enchanted Hearts Training Institute in writing by emailing info@enchantedheartstraining.com.
More than 72 hours before the course start date
Withdrawal requests received more than 72 hours before the scheduled course start date is eligible for a refund.
Within 72 hours of the course start date
Withdrawal requests received within 72 hours of the scheduled course start date are non-refundable.
By this stage, class materials, student paperwork, student ID badges, instructor preparation, and classroom spaces have already been prepared and allocated. In many cases, another student’s opportunity to enrol has also been lost.
Where appropriate, Enchanted Hearts Training Institute may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer to a future class instead of a refund.
Once the Course Has Started
Once a student has attended the first scheduled class:
- Tuition is non-refundable.
- Students remain responsible for paying the full tuition balance, including any remaining scheduled instalments.
- Choosing not to continue attending does not cancel the student’s financial obligation.
Payment Plans
Students choosing a payment plan agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Stopping attendance does not automatically stop future scheduled payments.
If a payment fails, any outstanding tuition balance remains payable.
Transfers to a Future Class
We understand that unexpected life events can happen.
Students who are unable to attend or continue their course may submit a written request to transfer to a future class.
Transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are approved solely at the discretion of Enchanted Hearts Training Institute.
Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.
Transfers are offered as an alternative to a refund and do not entitle the student to a refund.
Students are permitted two transfers per enrolment.
The new course start date must be agreed at the time the transfer is approved.
Approved transfers must be used within 12 months of the original course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing by Enchanted Hearts Training Institute.
Payment Plans & Approved Transfers
Where a student is paying by instalments and an approved transfer is granted, the student must provide a new payment restart date when requesting the transfer.
This enables Enchanted Hearts Training Institute to pause the existing payment plan without cancelling it.
If a restart date is not provided, Enchanted Hearts Training Institute reserves the right to continue the existing payment schedule in accordance with the student’s original payment agreement.
Course Cancellation by Enchanted Hearts Training Institute
If Enchanted Hearts Training Institute cancels a course, students will be offered the choice to:
- Transfer to the next available class; or
- Receive a full refund of all tuition paid.
Refund Processing
Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Changes to This Policy
Enchanted Hearts Training Institute reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time.
The version of this policy published on our website at the time of a student’s enrolment will apply to that enrolment.
