Founded by Shawndra Quinn, RN, a Registered Nurse with 15+ years of experience in long-term care, home health, and clinical training, our institute is built on both professional expertise and compassion for people. Shawndra also owns Enchanted Hearts Home Care, a thriving nurse-led agency in Indiana, giving students a direct pathway from classroom learning to real career opportunities.
Shateena Ellis is a QMA Instructor, CPR Instructor, CNA Instructor, and Phlebotomy Instructor with over 20 years of nursing experience. She is passionate about teaching and helping others grow in the field of healthcare. With a strong background in clinical education, she enjoys creating a supportive learning environment where students feel confident, prepared, and empowered to succeed.
